It was a great experience for 3 days @ Suragi exploring nature, the ambience at Suragi was great and stay was very comfortable. The entire setup is tastefully designed. The kids had a great time exploring the beaches and loved the trekking expedition. A perfect location to stay and to explore the local attractions covering Yana and Gokarna. Would rate the beach as one the best in terms of cleanliness. Thanks

Perfect for a family stay, loved the ethnic feel of the property. Thoroughly enjoyed the wild waves of Kadle beach. Due to the proximity was able to explore few popular destinations like Murdheshwar, Idgunji, Gokarna within a day. Great stay for anyone looking out for a calm, peaceful vacation beside the beach.

We had a great 2 day stay @ Suragi… The ambience is simply superb with each room thoughtfully designed and decorated. Though there are many activities and places of visit around Suragi… We chose to spend both the evenings on the host’s favourite… “Doing Nothing” @ Kadle beach, the place where you can have a quiet time all for yourself… it was just us (with our cameras) and Mother Nature… it was a bliss watching the sunset, listening to the waves… Being there during the festival season made it more special as we got to visit the artistically rich, beautifully decorated temples during late evenings. The “shower” @ Ramathirtha was indeed an “unforgettable experience”

The stay in Suragi was really good as we didn’t do much as it was perfect place to go away from day-to-day life to take rest. Beach is at a walkable distance and with one side of it having a rocky hill for you to climb up and hear the sound of the ocean. The most important part of the beach is it is almost private and very clean. We didn’t have any private vehicle but we could go to Gokarna and come back in 5 hours without any hassles using public transport. In the evening we went to Aghanashini on a two wheeler where Aganashini-river joins Arabian sea – the road trip was amazing and overall we completely enjoyed our stay at Suragi.

I spent a very memorable and rejuvenating weekend at Suragi. It was the ideal getaway from a busy life and I found a lot of peace and quiet at the holiday home. Suragi is a 2 minute walk from a long stretch of undiscovered, extremely clean beach – the kadle beach. The water is unpolluted and not too deep. It is a very good experience for swimmers and non-swimmers as well. There is a small hillock from which one can get a panaromic view of an adjacent crescent beach, the ocean as far as you can see and the entire stretch of the clean, serene kadle beach.
The Stay@Suragi was great as well. The hosts ensured that my stay at their place was well taken care of. The rooms are clean and airy. It has a well maintained garden. The place is surrounded by cultivated land and you dont hear any noise of the town. The connectivity to nearby places (like Aghanashini Estuary, Kumta Town, Gokarna) is very good. The massages at the ayurvedic massage center (Ashwini dhama) was a very relaxing experience as well.
Suragi is the ideal weekend beach getaway to a clean and quiet place, for total rejuvenation.
